3rd Annual 'Be A Light' Mental Health Awareness 5K
Join us for the 3rd Annual ‘Be A Light’ 5K Mental Health Awareness Fun Run on Saturday, May 9, 2026, in Holy Cross, Iowa.
More than just a run, this event brings the community together to raise awareness and support better brain health in rural communities. The morning will include a Kids Fun Run, a community 5K, and a local vendor market from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM featuring farmers, crafters, bakers, and creative makers.

Registration Information
Participants ages 5 and under may participate free of charge and are not required to register.
Registration is required for all participants ages 6 and older.

Join us as Clarke takes on Columbia College (Columbia, Missouri) in an afternoon dedicated to raising awareness, fostering connection, and supporting better brain health in rural communities.
