Conversations That Matter
There is a mental health emergency in rural America. Due to barriers like access, distance, and stigma, suicide rates are 49% higher in rural communities than in urban areas. Farmers are 3.5 times more likely to die by suicide than individuals in other occupations.
By sharing resources, starting conversations, and showing up for one another, we can overcome these barriers together in small rural communities.
